Cedar Shingles
We provide a broad range of grades and designs to bring warmth and beauty to your house, whether you're looking for sidewall shingles made from genuine Western red cedar or Alaskan yellow cedar. Our Western red cedar shingles come in several grades, have natural, grooved, or sanded faces, and may be ordered untreated, primed, or pre-stained.
Alaska yellow cedar shingles are gaining popularity due to their fine, straight grain texture, outstanding decay resistance, and exceptional capacity to weather to a uniform silvery grey. The same grades, standards, and requirements are used to package and grade Alaska yellow cedar shingles as western red cedar shingles.
Fancy cut western red cedar shingles in both 3" and 4-15/16" widths are a favorite among architects, designers, builders, and homeowners for accentuating interior or exterior walls, windows, gables, and entry. Visit our blog by clicking HERE to learn more.

Cedar Shakes
Western red cedar or Alaskan yellow cedar shake roofs are widely regarded as being of the highest quality and are a highly popular choice for residences and commercial structures that are intended to blend in with their environment.
Shakes are often split from a block of cedar straight or at an angle, either by hand or with power tools. This exposes at least one highly textured natural grain surface, and shakes are typically thicker than shingles, which are sawn.
In addition to its aesthetic appeal, cedar shingles and shake siding have a very high insulation value. Shakes should be installed using rust-resistant nails or staples and can be used on roofs with a minimum 4/12 pitch.
To reduce time spent on the construction site and increase the lifespan of your roof, western red cedar and Alaskan yellow cedar hip and ridge caps are already built, and factory-applied fire and/or pressure treatments are also an option.
