delivery options


Local delivery is provided with a modest fee within Skagit, Whatcom, Snohomish, San Juan, Island and surrounding counties.


To destinations outside the Northern Puget Sound region, small orders are generally shipped via UPS or FedEx, while larger orders are sent via common carrier, most likely on a tarped flatbed truck.  A deposit of 50% is required at the time the order is placed with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. 


The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, as well as off loading the material at delivery. Large units of materials are usually packaged in such a way that off-load requires the use of a fork lift or crane.  If hand unloading is necessary or there is no equipment on site to assist with unloading, the customer may be subject to additional handling fees by the carrier.


Be sure to report and document on delivery paperwork if you suspect any damage during transit or unloading before the driver leaves. Photographs can be extremely helpful.  In order to process a claim, all original packaging must be retained and any damaged items/pieces must remain intact and unaltered.


Special orders


Minimum purchase requirements do apply to special orders and it can take up to six weeks or longer before a product may be available for shipment due to product availability, mill schedules and volume.  A deposit is required for all special orders at the time they order is placed.  ​Once a special order is placed, it may not be cancelled and full payment is due upon completion.
